Fireside
• Check condition of refractory
• Clean tubes and tube sheets on any soot deposits
• Open front and rear heads
• Visually check tubes and tubesheets for leaks

Re-seal front and rear heads
• Drain and open waterside
• Flush out unit of loose scale
• Inspect water column
• Re-seal waterside

Combustion Analysis

• Check & set electrode for proper gapping
• Inspect burner
• Inspect cam and linkages
• Set air/fuel rations to the most effiecient specs
• Test all safety controls for proper operation
